VoIP Accounts for Residential Service
This section is provided so that you may create a new account with us, subscribe to our monthly service, and monitor your account. Our VoIP accounts section is for residential plans only.

Creating an account through the VoIP Accounts menu will require that you provide a valid email address and password that will enable you to login to your account on this website in the future. This email and password should not be confused with information you might use to create an account for the website in general. These are two different sets of credentials, although you may use the same information for both.
Our general website account creation allows you to post in our forum, which is a requirement due to the many spammers that love to post their links and sell us things we don't need. You don't need a general account to sign up for our service. Just remember, the Login at the top right of this website is for a general account, while logging into your VoIP account is done through the "Account Login" menu under VoIP Accounts.
Steps for Acquiring AusTex VoIP Phone Service:
Our menus under VoIP Accounts are arranged in a logical order for getting equipment and service with AusTex VoIP. Here are the steps:
1Click on the "Equipment" menu and select the adapter you think will work best for you. Adapter purchase includes the adapter, set up fees, and activation. This is a one time purchase, and the brand new and unlocked adapter is yours to keep. More information on the difference between the adapters can be found on the equipment page. We have both payment in full, and a 3 month installment checkout process. Make three easy payments, with service included.
2Click the "Phone Numbers" menu and check to see the available phone numbers in your city. If you are getting a new, permanent number, this may be important to you. If you are just getting a number temporarily, and plan on porting your current phone number over to us, then you can skip this, and we can assign a number to you. If you see a number you would like to have, please contact us by phone or email, so we can try and get it for you. Not all listed numbers may be available at time of activation, but they generally are.
3Click on the "Create Account" menu and fill in the information on the form. Please use your billing address for this form. You will also need to use a valid email as all notifications and general information will be sent to this email account.
4The next step is to "Subscribe to Service" however, we ask you to hold off until the day your phone adapter gets plugged into your network, and you are ready to start using it. This way, you don't lose a few days on your billing period while waiting for your adapter. We will call or email you and let you know when to subscribe.
5You're done with the sign up process. You can use the "Account Login" menu to see your account. Your account has detailed call records, account balances, and other useful information. If you decide to use our available, low cost international calling service, you will add funds for that feature within your account. Enjoy your service!
