We won't sell you the service if it's not a good fit.
We're not pressured into selling you the CLEAR service as CLEAR is a complimentary product for our primary business. We will not sell you CLEAR service if it looks like you will have signal issues, or problems with network compatibility. Our minimum requirements for selling CLEAR are much higher than just being in a "coverage" area. We've walked out without a sale many times because WE don't believe the service is right for a particular customer. Don't get us wrong, we'll sell it if you just have to have it, but we may recommend against it.
There are two problem areas that come up most often by customers of CLEAR.
Low signal strength at the home or office location, and issues with getting it to work with routers on the local network. AusTex VoIP provides FREE signal strength checks at your location, and we are experts at getting CLEAR to work in the network environment. We've been known to spend a full day working with customer networks so they are 100% satisfied with the set up before we leave. Time permitting, we do this at no additional charge on 2 year contracts.
We have a Try Before You Buy program.
We want to make sure that WiMAX will work for you. If you'd like to try it out for a couple of days before making a decision to purchase, we can do that for you. We can't emphasize enough that you should have the signal strength checked out at your location before getting the service.
