AusTex VoIP Now Providing Mobile Internet and Phone Service for Events

We can offer these services at any location that is covered by the CLEAR WiMAX wireless 4G network area in Austin and Central Texas. Our technolgy utilizes the CLEAR network for internet access along with a wireless router that allows for a wired, or wireless connection of your computer or other devices. VoIP IP phones can be connected to this network and utilize our own company server for telephone service. Taking bookings for Central Texas including Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, and San Marcos.

Here are some of the main features of this service:

• Along with your own use, you can provide wired or wireless internet access to your attendees or guests.
• Use this service for credit card transactions using internet based processing methods (such as a virtual terminal).
• We can provide up to five phones for your event. Additional phones could be added by utilizing an additional network.
• Desktop and cordless phones can be mixed or matched.
• The phones can be used to place or receive calls anywhere in the US and Canada.
• The phones can share a single telephone number or a separate number can be provided for each phone.
• We can also provide an incoming toll free number for use with this set-up.

Our services also include a method of auto dialing all contacts in a pre-configured database. Set up of this database is accomplished just prior to the event, after the sign up deadline has taken place. Edits to the database can be made up to the last minute. By dialing a pre-set extension number and recording an announcment, you can then have the phone system send out this recording to the telephone number of every contact in the list. This is a great feature if you encounter bad weather, for instance, and need to make an announcement that game times have been cancelled or pushed back. At the same time, you can record an announcement that is played when anyone calls your "hotline" number.
